For Rosie, building Delilah’s Deli brings together something she has spent years around professionally: brands, retail and ecommerce.

For the past decade, Rosie has worked on the floor of Beauty Expo Australia and also works with the Online Retailer Conference and Expo, giving her a front-row view of how brands build, sell and connect with customers.

But alongside that world, Rosie and Ollie have also been building something amazing of their own.

Ollie brought experience from some of the world’s most celebrated kitchens, from Michelin-starred dining rooms in London to award-winning restaurants in Sydney.

Rosie brought her experience around brands and ecommerce.

At home, food had always been at the centre of gatherings with family and friends.

And one thing kept getting the same reaction: Ollie’s chilli jam.

Friends kept telling them they needed to bottle it.

Eventually, they did.

They named the business Delilah’s Deli, after their daughter.

At Delilah’s Deli, everything we do begins with love.

Love of food, love of family, and for those little moments that make life delicious.

We’re Ollie and Rosie, and for years our kitchen has been the heart of every gathering. Ollie’s journey began in some of the world’s most celebrated kitchens, from Michelin-starred dining rooms in London to award-winning restaurants in Sydney. Along the way, he discovered a little obsession: chilli jam.

Brunches at our place quickly became legendary. Friends would linger over boards piled high with cheeses, spoons dipped into that fiery, sweet spread, and someone would always say the same thing:

“You have to bottle this!”

So, we did.

Named after our daughter Delilah, the little spark that added magic to our lives, our chilli jam is all about bringing that same magic to yours.

Every jar is a love letter to flavour: rich, and kissed with heat. Whether it’s dressing up a grazing platter, turning up the heat in your cooking, or adding that perfect something to your favourite dish, this is more than a condiment.

What began around Rosie and Ollie’s own table has grown into an Australian business built around food, family and a product their friends simply wouldn’t stop asking them to bottle.
