SHREYA & BJORN | AUSTRALIAN COFFEE CULTURE
For a fact, 99% of the coffee we consume in Australia is imported, while Australia grows its own coffee.

Both Shreya and Bjorn, love quality coffee, but felt let down by what canned coffee had become. Too often, the products they found were built around sweetness, flavourings and convenience, with the coffee itself pushed into the background.

When they discovered Australian grown coffee, it opened their eyes to an exceptional local product that few Australian coffee drinkers knew existed, and to the opportunity to create an ethical, more sustainable, and fully traceable coffee products built around taste, quality, and clean ingredients without compromise.
“We wanted to make the kind of canned coffee we would drink ourselves and proudly share it with our loved ones: coffee-first, health focused, and connected.”

COFFEE FIRST, WITHOUT COMPROMISE
Australian Coffee Culture (ACC) makes premium, plant-based ready-to-drink cold brews using 100% Australian grown coffee.

Rather than hiding the coffee behind sugar or artificial sweetness, each ACC product is designed to let unique profile of the Australian coffee beans come through. The coffee is slowly steeped in filtered water to create a smooth, aromatic cold brew, using clean and simple ingredients with no added sugar or preservatives.
ACC's goal is to take ready-to-drink coffee beyond the idea of a quick caffeine fix and turn it into a premium coffee experience in its own right.

FROM AN AUSTRALIAN FARM TO THE CAN
The Australian Coffee Culture journey begins on Skybury family farm in Mareeba, Far North Queensland, where its coffee is grown.

Each product is traceable back to the coffee farm so the consumers can not only see where the coffee comes from, but engage and connect with the farm. The coffee beans are artisan roasted to develop a distinct flavour profile suited to cold brewing. The coffee is then brewed and produced in Australia, keeping the supply chain close and the connection between each stage visible.

That farm-to-can traceability is central to the brand. It helps turn an everyday purchase into a connection with the farmers, roasters and makers responsible for producing it.
WHY AUSTRALIAN-GROWN COFFEE MATTERS

Australia is internationally recognised for its café culture, yet most Australians have never tasted coffee grown in their own country.
Growers in Queensland and northern New South Wales are producing distinctive, high quality coffee in an industry that remains relatively small and often overlooked.
Shreya and Bjorn believe Australian grown coffee deserves greater visibility.

Choosing locally grown coffee supports Australian farmers, and art of roasting while helping build a stronger domestic coffee ecosystem. It also makes it possible to create closer, more transparent relationships across the supply chain.
For Australian Coffee Culture, local sourcing shapes the product, the partnerships and the broader future the founders want to help create.

Australian Coffee Culture is a female-led business that actively works with female-led businesses and specialists across its supply chain.
That commitment is part of a wider belief that a strong Australian coffee industry must be built collaboratively.
From farming partners in Far North Queensland to artisan roasting and local production, the business works with people who care deeply about quality, craft and the future of Australian coffee.
“We want people to know more than what is inside the can. We want them to know where the coffee was grown, who helped make it and why those choices matter.”
