Sunflower lecithin is a natural, soy-free, non-GMO emulsifier that lets the water and plant milk blend smoothly.
Organic Xanthan Gum
Xanthan gum is a natural stableiser and ensures a consistent cream and mouthfeel.
Sea Salt
Is used as a natural flavour enhancer, it balances out bitterness and enhances the sweetness of the coffee flavour.
Sodium Bicarbonate
No preservatives. No artificial fillers.

Grower
Sourced from Skybury Farms, a family-owned farm in north Queensland, owned and operated by the MacLaughlin family since 1987. Their farming practices are environmentally sustainable and ethical, and play a major role in supporting their local communities. Australian Coffee Culture has a direct trade partnership with Skybury.
Roaster
Roasted by Gina DiBrita, founder of Numero Uno in Sydney and awarded Australia's Coffee Woman of the Year in 2019. Gina guides the roasting of the locally sourced coffee to build the right profile for cold brew.
