Directions for Use:

• Vaporiser: Add 10–15 drops to a Sasy n Savy electrical vaporiser . Please read the  vaporiser instructions on the box.
• Bath: You can add a few drops to a full drawn bath or dissolve essential oil in glycerine before adding to bathwater to reduce skin irritation risk.
• Inhalation: Add 6 drops to 1 litre of steaming water, cover head with towel  and inhale gently for 5 minutes with eyes closed.
