Clary Sage Essential Oil relieves muscular cramps, mild anxiety and premenstrual symptoms. Aids in the calming of inflamed skin. Clarifying, subtle and spicy, enhances sleep. To relieve insomnia combine with one or more of the following complimentary oils:

• Lavender
• Marjoram
• Orange
• Rose
• Sandalwood
• Ylang Ylang

Directions of use:

• Vaporiser: Add 10 -15 drops of the essential oil to the Sasy n Savy electrical vaporiser. No water required. For further instructions please refer to the box.
• Bath: To minimise the risk of skin irritations in the bath, you can use Glycerine (which is a water dispersible agent) to dissolve the essential oils into the water.
• Inhaling: Add 6 drops of the essential oil to 1 litre of steaming water. Cover the head with a towel and inhale for 5 minutes, keeping eyes closed.
• Massage/Skin application: Normally used only when instructed by a health care professional or where specifically recommended. Small localised area only.
