How To Use
How To Use
- Vaporiser: Add 10–15 drops to a Sasy n Savy electrical vaporiser . Please read the vaporiser instructions on the box.
- Bath: You can add a few drops to a full drawn bath or dissolve essential oil in glycerine before adding to bathwater to reduce skin irritation risk.
- Inhalation: Add 6 drops to 1 litre of steaming water, cover head with towel and inhale gently for 5 minutes with eyes closed.
- Topical/Massage Use: Add 2–3 drops of this essential oil to 100 mL of a carrier oil, such as Jojoba or Sweet Almond. Gently massage onto the body, arms, or feet as desired.
