Made with real Canadian maple syrup, this isn't your typical sweet maple sauce. Peppery, savoury and beautifully balanced, it's the sauce that became a favourite on our food truck.

From Our Food Truck to Your Kitchen

Johnny Retro started with a simple idea: if we couldn't find the sauces we wanted to serve, we'd make them ourselves.

We began developing our own recipes for the Maple Leaf Meats food truck in Melbourne, creating sauces that could stand up to burgers, ribs, wings and busy food truck service. Those original recipes eventually became the foundation of the Johnny Retro range we manufacture today.

Made in Melbourne at our own Factory 18 production facility, our sauces are made with quality ingredients and nothing artificial — only the good stuff.
