Our Southern Cross Blend is made from two 100% Australian-grown coffees: Byron Blue from Northern NSW and Jack Murat from Far North Queensland.

The green coffee used in this blend has been independently tested for key moulds and mycotoxins, including aflatoxin, ochratoxin, deoxynivalenol/vomitoxin and zearalenone.

The results were reported below the laboratory’s stated reporting limits, meaning these mycotoxins were not detected above the levels the laboratory measures and reports.
